Healthy Summer Snacking..
Since the summer weather has finally kicked in, I have been in a pool or on the river with my friends I have noticed that snacks are always a priority. Summer fruits are always the best. Being they are fresh and not heavy. My personal favorite are Peaches, Honeydew, Watermelon, Strawberries and of course Grapes! MMMM!!! They seem to keep me full and I never feel stuffed or bad for eating alot at once. I'm also a very big fan of Jello. Today, I made Peach flavored Jello, my all time favorite. Jellos of any flavor are also a refreshing kick to a mid afternoon snack while sunbathing.
