Taco Truck Favorites.

Living in a small town like Tipton, you don't really have a lot of food options when it comes to eating out.  I became a big fan of the Taco Truck the first time I visited.  I am now obsessed and have been for over 5 years.  They have become very popular through out the state especially in the smaller dairy towns.  A few months ago I visited a friend out of town, we had done our ritual of going out sitting on a bar stool, chatting, having a few beers and before heading home we stopped at the local Taco Truck.  There is nothing like a Carne Asada Burrito to fill you up before heading home to bed.  The next morning after my coffee high wore off, we decided to go through some vintage and antique shops downtown and came across this truck.  My friend and I of course were craving once of each so we ordered all 3 of the plates below!
