1.  I collect seasonal coffee tumblers from Starbucks, I have for years

Stripes.

Last weekend I was able to spend the afternoon with a friend to do some much needed retail therapy and check out what styles, prints and accessories will be residing in our closets for the next 5 months.  We seemed to have come across quite a variety of items as well as alot of BOLD colors and stripes.  Horizontal striped tops, floral print skirts, Little House on the Prairie styles pieces and solid BOLD colored dresses seem to have made it in this years spring lines.  I can't forget the Aztec & Tribal printed short sleeve hoodies and tank tops that caught my eye as well.  Stripes seem to work for most girls...it helps slim down the tummy and make their boobs look bigger, which is a HUGE plus.  I must admit though, that seeing all of this brought back all of the memories from jr. high.  Minus the black skirt with white polka dots I once wore proudly to a FNL dance and a festa with a white crotch snap body suit and sported some black patent mary janes.  The style from the 90's has seemed to made a little come back.  ENJOY!

Friend or Faux

Do you ever wonder sometimes what your friends are thinking about you and the relationship between you and them?  Like are they thinking you are a good friend, maybe not so good of a friend or maybe even someone they hang out with to kill time until someone better, more interesting comes along...  I never analyze my friendships cause I have more acquaintances then I actually do real friends.   Some people are hard to trust and some you can see right through their plots and reasoning for being who they are.  Why is that I wonder... Last month I deleted my facebook.  I was soo over why did you delete me, why won't you approve me, why are you in a picture with her or him, I messaged you and you never replied...blah blah blah  Most of the people on Facebook aren't even in my daily prayers let alone need to be in my daily social habit.  I always say...If your number is in my phone then we are friends, If I don't save it then we are faux.  Over the past year I have gained a couple of really great friends as well as lost a few too.  From randomly doing over night coast trips, flying to another state, to sitting on a bar stool for happy hour laughing about how ridiculous pick up lines are..  There are all types of friends that we will come across in life. We just have to decide if they are worthy of the title "Friend" or not.
